Other reviews mentioned rattling, but I mounted it to my roll bar at about a 70 degree angle and I haven't noticed anything. It's pretty slick looking, and it works great.

This front seat fire extinguisher mount from Drake is simple but nicely constructed and finished, and it fit perfectly at the front of my passenger seat. It does not interfere with forward travel of the seat, and maybe because I'm 6'3", I can reach it easily enough from the driver's seat.

This a great product for mounting and quick release. It did rattle a little bit, but I fixed that with 2 rubber pads.

This thing is tough as nails - all machined billet. However, where you can mount it is limited by its design, which could have been improved. In order to remove the fire extinguisher, you must pull the red knob, tilt the extinguisher up [out of the bracket], and pull it out. This tilting motion means you must mount the extinguisher in a place with sufficient room to perform the tilt, as well as are limited in how large of an extinguisher you can use. The second issue is that the knob is not reversible (to the other side of the bracket), and because of the tilting motion required to remove the extinguisher, you are fairly limited in the number of mounting locations you can use. For example, this also means you can't buy two, and mount them in pairs, on either side of your roll cage (symmentrically).

Nice product and works as designed. Price is a little high for what it is. Rattles like crazy even on paved roads which is reason for 4 Star. If you care about that then either look for another product or come up with a solution to stop the rattling. I used electrical tape to help out and seemed to work.
