Reviews: DECKED Truck Bed Organizer Storage System (8' Bed) - DS5

I'm super happy with the Decked system. It was easy to install holds up true their word. Now to figure out how to use the extra space in my 8' bed and extend my 4 wheeler ramps to get that on top.

The DECKED System was an obvious solution to adding valuable and accessible storage to a F350 Dually RV Puller with a full Camper Shell and Aux Fuel Tank installed. The flat deck over the wheel wells makes loading our gear easy and I can pack it in without having to make it fit. Very well made and looks like it should hold up well. Pay attention to the installation guide and videos and it goes in pretty smoothly. I did have to fuss with the anchor bolts and turns out I needed to pull the unit back slightly to get the front ones in place first then when it slid into final position I was able to install the back ones and snug them down.

Went together painlessly, and stores everything I need it to.

I’m very happy I purchased my Decked system. I’m a contractor/carpenter working the upper New England Seacoast. Space is limited and I’ve spent years pulling a utility trailer. I needed a way to transport my everyday tools without the trailer encumbering me and without climbing into the bed of my truck constantly. I added an RV cargo slide (come in dozens of sizes) and modified it slightly to handle my needs. I have access to nearly my entire rolling toolbox with feet on the ground thanks to Decked.

This thing is tough. Have put over 1000 pounds on it. Let's me fill my bed with mountain bike gear and tools but keeps everything hidden and dry. Pairs great with the kodiak canvas truck tent.

Quality materials and construction with excellent assembly instructions.

System seems to be exactly what was expected. Really isn't a one person show though, so get some help. Only thing that I was surprised about was the limited stop of the drawers. Still leave quite a reach toward the back. Very satisfied with the product at this time.

During ski season, our Decked system keeps all the snowy and wet stuff organized and separate from all of our dry goods. The drawers will fit a 176 length ski.

The Decked System seems to be of good quality. It was relatively easy to assemble and was complete except for one axle nut that had the wrong threads. I called customer support and the correct nut was promptly sent to me. Great job, Margo!

Not sure what to add the the growing list of satisfied reviews, it’s a great system with few draw backs. I haven’t had it long enough to provide a throughout opinion on the overall effectiveness but do have a few drawbacks from the get go. I really wish there was a model specificity for long bed trucks, not just a different deck, it’s proven difficult to find a tool chest to fill the gap at the cab end of the bed. The other complaint is labeled hardware, some bags were labeled while others weren’t. The directions included the labels for the bags that weren’t labeled appropriately like others were. Made it confusing and ended up wasting time. Over all I’m satisfied so far but there is room for improvement.
