Honestly can say this is one of the best engineered products I have ever owned. Sturdy, which makes install long but I'd rather a long install than a cheap product. Great fit in the bed of my truck, no issues with movement, look, or design after the install. Draws roll really well, very smooth, good bearings. Only Issues - These are small but should be noted. The dividers I received, one set didn't work in the drawers. You'll get two sets, one for each drawer and the larger ones didn't snug down in my drawer, they pop out. If you're thinking of getting the drain plugs, keep in mind that if you don't have a bed cover of some sort, the material is black so it will get hot, so load up on ice! Overall, love the product, nice guys when I called in for a question on the install, I would recommend.

A section needs to be added to the instructions informing the buyer when to install the plugs. A simple sentence stating "If you are installing the plugs, now would be a good time to do so" would go a long way.

have not used them yet, but I wonder why the drain hole could not be pre drilled? The diameter of the hole requires a drill bit size that most people do not have
