Nylon Winch Roller

The long rollers are about 1/2 inch too long for my fairlead so they had to be cut to length (mentioned in the installation instructions). I used a lathe but the material is fairly soft so it is difficult, but not impossible, to get a good cut. Machining is easier if you freeze it. I think a hack saw, Sawzall or band saw would work well if you are careful. I haven't used them much so I don't know how the soft material will hold up to heavy use.
