I heard they can crack. So I will need to check them for awhile. Hood doesn't even budge when a semi passes by.

Smart investment. The factory rubber hold downs break after they've been in the sun for a couple years.

Daystar's Hood Wranglers were recommended by a friend, and he got it right! It was unnerving to see the hood stretch the OEM hood latches at freeway speeds. Daystar's product absolutely stopped any movement of the hood when driving. Installation was simple and straight forward. If you drive your jeep at freeway speeds, I strongly recommend this product.

Product was Nice!!! Should be stock on all TJs and JKs. I would highly recommend, installation was a tad difficult but nothing two vice grips can't take care of. Much better than stock!!![@]

This product delivers. Easy to install. We live in a windy area and hood bounce was always a distraction.

Takes a little more to latch, but the hood stays tighter.

Daystar replacement hood latches are easy to install and the threads come with loctite pre-applied. They stop the hood flutter but don't like to lay down when you unlatch the hood.
