Beware of Non-Communication

The Drive Shaft was great. The communication from 4 Wheel Parts was the worst ever. None. Waited and waited and waited. Tried to call for an updated but was like #27 in line. If this parts takes 2-3 weeks to ship, then advertise this information so the consumer is aware. Never will I make a purchase again.
