I had to pry open the lower connection slightly, but went on easily. Extend the bar mostly before installing. The lower end bolt came from the opposite side of my previous shaft, make sure you have it turned to where both sides of the bolt hole will be easily reached before removal of old shaft.
Really tightened up my steering. Install was pretty simple
This really helped with the loose steering I was having while driving at highway and city speeds. Took only 10 minutes to replace and worth the money.
Works great. Easy to install. Delivered in a reasonable time frame
The steering shaft was a perfect fit and solved the loose steering problem. I did not have to remove the steering gear in order to install the shaft. The shaft at the firewall retracted (with some effort) allowing for easy placement of the lower shaft.
Direct bolt in replacement. Only issue had to reuse bolts so had to be careful removing. Had to grind a little off the lower section to make the bolt head fit properly - not a big issue - works great
