Reviews: Crown Automotive Jounce Bumpers

Original bumpstops had completely disintegrated and the frame stop was hitting the suspension hard. Getting these replaced makes bumps and potholes much less jarring. '99 Jeep Wrangler

Difficult to seat in the “cup” used wd40 to help it slide and it is still not in all the way. That is common with all of these types of bumpstops so I still give it 5 stars for its quality.

This jounce bumper was really hard to find and going off the picture, it didn't look like what I needed. But it was exactly what I needed and at 1/3 the cost from the dealership. Thanks 4 Wheel Parts!

Product worked as described. No problem installing with a little white Lithium grease applied. My rub is with delivery. Waited 10 days with no shipping notice. Did receive Order Confirmation from 4Wheel Parts. So sent email to 4Wheel Parts complaining as their website states Next Business Day shipping on this product. Hmm, next day receive shipping notice and tracking number. Think someone dropped the ball on the order?
