78 CJ5 installed
Realizing that these are made to fit newer model CJ's they do work on 78 models also. Had to pry the control cable bracket out a little and slide it in place. After a couple of tries it snapped itself in place just like it was made for it. I didn't use any screws to secure it and it sits in place good anyway. I'm glad I bought it, it helps to blow the hot air out into the cabin instead of just the floor.

We made but haven installed it yet. It should fix just like oem.
