These are one of the few seats that fit comfortably in a fiberglass body CJ5. The low bolsters make it easy to get in and out of but are high enough that you feel secure. I like the fact that they bolt directly to factory seat brackets so it keeps the expenses down. I also like the fact that I can use harness seat belts in it as well. The are great quality. I have no complaints at all with them.

I purchased a pair of these Corbeau Baja seats to replace the stock front seats in my '93 Wrangler. I've gone through several sets of seat covers over the years since the vinyl driver seat cover wore out, but once the foam seat pad started decomposing it became necessary to source an alternative. Moreover, I had planned to install 5 point harnesses at some point, so these seats were an easy choice. I could not be more happy! The ride is so much more comfortable, and beats me up so much less than it did with the stock seats! When I installed these Corbeaus, I had a local fabricator tie my custom bolt-in cage to the frame in 6 places, weld in a cross bar at the appropriate height behind the seats, and I installed my 5 point harnesses. The seats work great with the 5 points and the harness / belt passthroughs are in just the right places. The install wasn't quite as easy as I thought it would be as the bolt holes didn't line up like I thought they would, so some drilling was required, but it wasn't a big enough deal to detract from how happy I am with the seats. Highly recommend these to replace stock YJ seats!

Great seat very comfortable easy to install on stock jeep hardware

In my 84 CJ, the angle of the seat on the frame is not a bolt in. You have to add blocks to the back to raise the frame to get the angle to be reasonable. I like to lay back but the seat angle is just backwards for the CJ without lifts

I am happy that I upgraded the seat. But I ended up needing the Corbeau seat bracket as this seat had me sitting about 3 inches higher than a stock seat and my head almost hit the roof. I'm about 5'11" and about 250-lbs with a 42" waist and this seat fits me so much better than stock. I installed the heater and took a good look at the build quality when I took the cover off, very impressed for the price. I called/emailed Corbeau support a few times and they are great.

Mounted in my 1980 cj5 hard to get in and out due to high sides on the seat. Seats sit great hold you in place head rest is to far back for you to put your head on without a Helment well build seats

Get second pair hands to hold back material to find holes on CJ bracket. Also leans back to much for my liking. Should come with some sort of polly spaces for adjustment.
