Works very well with 35" tires, 3" lift, and 1.25" spacers. Stock fender flares rub under fill compression in the back. These have zero interference. They did require a little cutting and tweaking as I have aftermarket front and rear bumpers. I didn't like the stock finish, so I used spray on truck bed liner get a better look.
A lot of customizing may be required if you already have a rear AM Bumper.
Good fit. Plan for a day ro insrall. Buy when on sale.
They were a tight fit and you really need two people to install them, but they look great.
This product may need some alterations to install next to rock sliders. Other than that, this is fantastic product.
The installation intstructions (download online) are in color and make it a simple detailed New INSTALL and REMOVAL of OEM Flares a breeze. Some cuting of OEM plastic with basic tools required, and a power drill for only 4 holes for front pair install is needed... the Pocket Style Bushwakers cover all the needed cuts(wear work safety gloves when scoring plasic.. (Change utility knife blade for each fender well and rocker panel) for a more precise clean cut, then bend and again cut. I really like the aggressive bolt on look these pocket flares add to my FJ cruiser...perfect, snug and strong. Bolted on properly they feel like I'm tapping on metal. The only thing is.. they should have sent a longer roll of body protector weather stripping..measures on rear flares differ as do fronts from rear too. Great product, big improvement, and great service...A Sales Associate at 4 wheel Parts store(Las Vegas) carried and loaded the big box into my FJ (The box fit) Thank you all at 4 wheel Parts for making my purchase a happy one.
Good product but I wish the instructions had been more clear. I had to watch several bad videos on YouTube to figure out some of the installation.
They will recommend professional installation, but really not bad to do yourself. Only issue is the adhesive on the weather strip....it doesn’t stick. I would recommend having another type of adhesive to make it stick while installing.
