i have 3 super duty trucks one is my work truck with 223000 mi. so you can work them my wifes super duty is a cruiser they are just a great all around tire BUY THEM worth every dollar signed happy man
Have these on my 2000 diesel 4x4 Super Duty, running a mix of highway & gravel. Excellent traction, wear very well even on the sharp gravel we have here which chews up a lot of tires. Recommend these to everyone I can! REALLY need this tire in more sizes, especially 255/85R16. A size like 235/85R18 would be fantastic!
I love these tires.I have a 2000 Ford Excursion 6.8V10 4X4.I bought the tires when I had 67700 miles on my truck and rode them down to almost nothing. Now I have 127000 miles on my truck. If winter was not approaching I would still go with them.I feel if you are going to spend alot of money on tires then why not get your monies worth.Which I did....
really was a great tire 2008 2wd ranger wore them 44k miles and then gave them to a friend who needed some help at that time they measure at 7/32 he has since put on at least 25-30 k my use was mixed wet snow and sand would recomend wish they came in 31-10.5-15 mine were 235-75-15 com tract
Mounted on a Chevy 3500 dually service truck, fully loaded with tools at all times and pulls a trailer occasionally. Received 50k out of them.
Have had my set foe 3 years and put almost 100,000 miles on them. In almost every type of terrain.
Great tire. We use a Truck Camper on the truck and these tires have taken some of the top heavy feel out of the truck. They also provide great traction in all types of terrain.
i got these a few years back on my van to help w/ NY winters and was so impressed i put them on 1 of my box trucks too. great for drive axles specially ones w/ limited slip differentials. excellent for 4 wheel drive and snow driving and plowing. ive taken my van out numerous times in a foot of snow w/out issue and thats not even 4wheel drive.
Great tires, Chicago weather is bad, good tires like this is key to get around in bad weather conditions. Thanks
I love BFG tires. I have made dealers pull other tires off and put Ither TAs on or BFGs or I would walk. I have gotten over 80,000 miles out of one set of TAs I had on a van I owned.
Great Tire, They Did Super this winter in Deep heavy wet snow. They handle great on wet surfaces, sand , dirt, and every day driving. This the second set I have put on my truck and the first I got 55,000 miles out of them. Will not be the last set I buy......Great Tire
I changed from Cooper ST to the Commercial TA Traction because I was having trouble with tread seperation on the Cooper ST (6 times) and when I called the manufacture (Cooper Tire Company) they said they wouldn't do anything about it not even help with a next purchase a rebate anything. So I was looking up tires for my Chevy 2500HD as I pull alot of weight on and off road I needed a good HD all terrain tire I ended calling BF Goodrich and told them my situation and asked them if the Commecial TA Traction would be the right choice of course they said yes but I had to ask about weight and possible tread seperation and they said I should be ok. So when I put the BFG's on I immeadiately noticed a ride and handling difference which was better, later which was mileage so my next set will be BFG Commercial TA Traction.
Within 100 miles of buying my 7.3L Diesel F250 (7000 lbs. Truck) I had these tires put on. They were great in the winter during several snow storms, great in the spring in mud, and handled well in all conditions while towing upwards of 8,000 lbs. I have over 33,000 miles on since I got them last August, and I have averaged about 18 mpg over that time. They are now down to the wear bar, but I will probably not get another set due to the amount of mileage I drive in a year.I will be sticking with BF Goodrich though. I would recommend these for anyone that only drives their truck in bad conditions, or about 15,000 miles a year.
The tires give me confidence in all kinds of weather. The ride is smoth in spite of the aggressive tread-design.
A good all round tire lasted 50k on heavily loaded diesel service truck
upon purchacing these tires, the first 700 miles were scary, the truck floated till the tire started to wear, was real spooky when towing a 15000 lb trailer, once i got the tires in an off road area, they had the best traction i could ask for, in the sand, mud, snow just great
Like everything about the tires except they pick-up rocks. Tread is straight up and down and rocks don't eject easily. Great snow and good ice tires. Strong sidewalls.. I have a lot of trust in these tires not getting flats.
looked good on truck great purformance in winter weather
I have had them for going on 4? years and still have lots of tread. I do only drive 8000 a year though.
These tires a hard wearing and the high side tread helps a lot in deep snow and mud and never had a flat or leak. A tough heavy weight bearing tire.
