The seat bolts are torqued simillar to the lug nuts on your wheels so you need a breaker bar to loosen. A thief will bypass this safe because it will be too hard to remove. It fits and operates like something made very well. Time will tell if use in my muddy floor make things loose or difficult to operate, but so far it's great.

BREEZE TO INSTALL AND MAN THIS THING IS GOIN NOWHERE, I MEAN NOWHERE. I STORE MY KIMBER 1911'S IN THIS THING WITH HOLSTERS & SPARE MAGS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A WALLET, PHONE OR ANYTHING ELSE. YES YOU WILL NEED A BREAKER BAR AND SOME MUSCLES TO GET THE BOLTS OFF AND BACK ON AGAIN BUT THAT IS A GOOD THING WHEN IT COMES TO SECURITY. AWESOME PRODUCT...!

Purchased for 2013 Wrangler Sport 4 Door. Quick and easy install....the modification for the current Wrangler 4 doors is easy, remove the wiring bracked and zip tie the wires out of the way. Heavy duty wrench needed to remove and retorque the seat bolts. This case is solid, very much more so than the price would indicate. I have no worries securing a handgun and other valuables and can do so with out opening the door and completly discretly since its under the drivers seat. I wish they were avaialble for the passenger side!

I have a Soft Top ... awesome little safe for a quick, secure storage for my handgun and other small valuable items. I will be adding one on the passenger side. Great product.

This is a must have for all CPL carriers. Takes the worry out of what to do with valuables or your pistol with the top on or off.

This product did not fit my application and sadly had to return it. I give it a good review because it was not the fault of the maker that it didn't fit. My model year vehicle was made mid year and I believe it fell under the next years model to which this is listed as not fitting. I certainly wish it would have fit, because it was everything I was looking for in that type of a product. Solid, well made, compact, good locking system, etc. Definately worth buying.

Purchased this for my 2013 JKU. This a fast and easy install. It fit perfectly and has plenty of room. I was able to fit a Kimber 45 and a Staccato P.

A sturdy metal box that can hold an iphone, wallet, keys, etc while only carrying the smaller key. It is somewhat hidden and blends into the black interior. It was harder to install then anticipated as the bolts under the passenger seat were frozen but finally loosened them with a heavy hammer. The instructions were off for my 2010 JK as they indicate it would go under the driver's seat but the design was to fit under the passenger seat which it slide under and allowed the seat bolts to be reinstalled easily.

Easy as hell to install, definitely less then an hour whilst drinking a beer and such. Just a little more peace at mind while out on the river and leaving the car at parks for long periods of time. You can’t always carry everything important.

This is a great product that fits well in the JK. The only difficulty is getting the screws out of cable bracket.

45 minute install, will need leverage on the two mounting seat bolts. Could use higher quality key/lock, but is adequate. Good value.

Easy install. Well made. Excellent product.

Finally, I have a safe secure place to store my handgun. The installation was quick and painless. I just might order the one for the other seat!
