Reviews: Bestop Seat Track Slider Kit - 51255-01

Had to replace the original seat track slider as it had finally rusted out - this replacement worked very well!

Works perfectly for driver side factory bracket and bestop seat. Not intended for use on the passenger side. It's easy to make it work on the passenger side just drill a few holes, but the seat rides about an 1 1/2" higher. This makes it a bit awkward and doesn't clear the dash when flipping forward. I would give five stars if it didn't rattle, probably need to swap out the cheaper plastic bushings with some rubber to solve this problem.

This part has pre-cut holes that do not match the original factory CJ7 (1976) bolt pattern. After measuring and drilling two new holes it mounts perfectly and works great!
