Great product. I used it on a 2004 F350 V10. I went with Banks as I knew they were a trusted aftermarket name, and it paid off. I know of friends who have had electrical issues with other brands and received no customer support. Banks has an easily accessible support center that has been helpful when I’ve had questions. As far as the product, definitely noticeable performance increase with varied settings. I like the adjustability within the tuner (individual shift pressure, wide open throttle shift points, tire/gear change). I wish there were more settings that allowed use with full towing capacity, but I believe that’s the trade off for the performance gains on the other settings. I was told by customer support that the 6,000 lbs tow limit was established to keep operating temperatures within range, however, the number could be raised if you had an intake/exhaust, etc. to help expel increased heat. So yes, I was given great reasoning by Banks customer support to spend more money on my truck. I thought this was great advice, my wife did not. Overall great product, glad I bought it, and I’m glad I went with a trusted name.
