This kit is well worth the money. Very easy to install. Instruction were easy to follow. The only thing i found was different from the instructions was the angle for the shock mounts. I ended up cutting them off and re-welding them to a different angle. Nothing major,but I would recommend welding them on last after you have installed the axle back under the jeep.

very easy to install after you remove axle from jeep great fit and finish no grinding after paint looks like it should have been there from factory.

The Portland store has become my go to for my Tj build. All the guy's in there are very friendly to me and my young daughter. Cant say enough good things about this Store.

Now that is on and complete, I love it. The pieces are beautiful, you cannot duplicate the quality and precision fit. Artec stuff is the Best! Go! King of the Hammers !

This is an impressive kit. I run a fab shop building oil rigs and other equipment. Could I have designed and built it myself, yes. But why would I when it's been done for you and you would still have to buy the material anyway, then spend many hours designing, making dxf files (for plasma table, brake, etc), forming and machining the parts. This is well worth the price even though I have the resorces to do it myself, and the parts are cut on what must be a very high quality deck. The spring pockets are machined with an end mill on cnc (or one hell of a convensional machinest). My only complaint is the directions are too much directed for non fabricators and go's into too much detail into verbal steps. I would have prefered just dimensional drawings, or a read only solid works file, but no big deal at all. I now own 2 of these kits and will keep buying more as friends need them.
