Wanted piece of mind on the trail to be able to plug a tire in the middle of the desert. I'm in the business of heavy truck repair and dealt with many tire plug kits and know quality. The reamer and plug tool are heavy duty tools that won't bend or break. Having the stem of the plug tool break while pushing a plug in can be dangerous. The stem cores and caps are good to have on the trail as well. great kit.

I began looking for a tire repair kit a while back and did a good bit of searching. I had heard many raves about various other brands but wanted to go with something different and wanted something with more options. As my searches progressed, I stumbled upon ARB's Speedy Seal. It looked quality and online at 4 WheelParts it proved to be the best deal. I luckily have not had to use it yet, but I was impressed with the quality and the price.

All around great kit, plenty of extra plugs so you would not have to go buy a re-fil kit anytime soon. The reamer and insert tool are primarily what I bought it for....other Auto Parts Stores kits tool wear out after 3-5 uses and become ineffective. I have used this one 5 times already and I cannot even see any wear on the reamer. I have not had any of the plugs come out yet, but a little rubber cement may ensure that they permanently stay in the tire. The only downside I can imagine is that there is no way to mount the plastic box to anything. A few holes in the corners or one big central hole would allow it to be slipped down onto a threaded stud and secured with a wingnut.

Great product! Has helped me fix a few flats already. Heavy duty, quality-built product, but definitely not compact if you’re looking for a small kit to keep in your rig for trail fixes; more of a garage kit. Would have liked to see it include some rubber cement, but the flats I’ve fixed hold just fine without it. Would recommend, but I’d like to get something smaller to keep with me on the trail.
