Reviews: ARB Magnum Hand Winch Units

I drag equipment onto my trailer occasionally, so the cost of an electric winch is out of the question. I love this winch, but have a few minor gripes. 1. The spool for the cable is not very cooperative. It really needs to be built with half hoops on the inside as well as the outside to keep the cable under control while spooling it back after use. I also have to keep extra heavy zip ties since there is no means to secure the cable once spooled. 2. The handle and bag. The bag needs to be a bit bigger to hold the winch as well as snatch blocks and clevis hooks. Having straps or a pocket on the side to secure the handle would be nice as well. As it is now, the bag is close to useless. I bought a used heavy canvas tote bag at a garage sale that I put it all into for storage and transport.
