This bumper is overkill for most of my "applications" but I don't care! I feel much more confident driving through traffic or high weeds. It's like having a tank attached to the front end. Although it is heavier than the OE bumper it hasn't affected the handling/braking noticably at all. Perhaps the gas mileage a little but nothing drastic. It looks great and gives me alot of options that I didn't have with the original bumper! Very happy with the purchase.

This bull bar is build very tough ad looks great. I have received may compliments! It really changed the look of the truck without giving it a ranch truck look. I am very happy with it!

Really solid bumper, heavy, but that's the point. Could use some integrated driving lights on the 1st gen Tacoma.

A deer doesn't stand a chance if it wonders it to this bumpers path.
