Excellent service and fast shipping on a front bumper.

I spent over a year searching for the perfect bumper for my Jeep Gladiator before purchasing this one. It looks better than I thought it would and the quality is excellent. Watch install videos and plan to get a few people to help you mount it. Also, make sure you look at your winch width while planning or you may have to notch the frame. I went with an Evo 10-s because it fit without any modifications.

The bumper is as solid and well built as you can get. I had a fitment issue with the bash plate and winch. ARB went out of the way to make sure the situation was perfected. Which is why I will continue to buy from them.

I put this on my '23 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. I had an ARB on my '01 TJ. No rust or issues after 20 years so I stayed with them. The bumper fit and quality are 5 star. The install instructions are basic and need more clarity and more and better pictures. Also the 100 various nuts, bolts, screws and washers all came in 1 bag and we were forced to figure out which to use. Should have actual size pictures at install instructions to match up. Skid plate arrived scratched because it was wrapped in bubble wrap, but no tape on bubble wrap so it came off. 4WP ordered me another that also arrived scratched for the same reason. But it was scratched on underside toward engine and wouldn't be seen so I kept it. I installed a SB X2O Gen 3 12K winch at the same time. Snug fit, but it doesn't touch or rub. 7ish hours for 2 of us to install (1 hr of which was the winch). 5 star bumper, 3 star instructions and parts = 4 Star overall. But it looks awesome and I'm expecting another 20 yr product.

Missing cage nuts, dinged it one star. The bumpe, installation was great. Need a fender chop to make it look right.

Love the bumper, and it looks great on, but had some difficulties installing it. A few of the welded on nuts were off center, requiring me to use a die grinder to be able to access the nuts. Also, it would be nice if they were to re-engineer this and put studs attached to the bumper itself instead of bolts. It is almost impossible to hold the bumper in place and fit bolts in. I had two friends holding the bumper and trying to position it exactly correctly to allow the bolts to seat. I finally gave up. I retrofitted it with studs attached to the bumper, and then it slid right in. Was able to install it myself.

missing parts. 8special nuts were missing and I can't get a hold of the company to replace them
