Reviews: ARB Universal Awning 2500 - 814101

I purchased the ARB 2500 x 2500 awning and anex room about 8 months ago. I have traveled about 25,000 miles and have used the awning in various weather conditions. The awning and annex room have held up very well. No rips, no tears, no busted zippers. Completely satisfied with the awning and annex room. Only failure is the transportation cover. The leading edge has started to come apart at the seam. I will have to get this repaired or replaced before infiltration of elements cause damage to the fabric of the awning. Keep in mind. This setup is constantly mounted to my truck and traveled 25k miles away road speeds. If it were not for this failure i would give it 5 stars. I will still highly recommend this product. Awning is great and is as described. Great customer service from ARB. I ordered this and the tent pegs and small parts were missing. I contacted 4WD customer service through email and received a ticket number. 6 days later no response......I called ARB and within hours had the parts on the way. If I could buy again it would not be 4WD. Terrible customer service.....
