A direct bolt-in seat means that brackets aren’t required. The seat will bolt directly to the factory bracket without modification. This will save the customer the cost of the bracket.

3. What is the difference between a complete replacement bracket and an adapter bracket?

Some seats come with vertical tabs on the bottom designed for mounting to a roll cage. Baja adapters bolt to these vertical tabs creating a flat mounting surface on the bottom. The adapters are required when mounting a seat with these vertical tabs to a Corbeau bracket or flat mounting surface.

4. What is a Baja adapter, and when is it needed?
