PURCHASES AND ENTRIES: Buy any set of four (4) BF Goodrich Tires and automatically receive one (1) entry for each set purchased. Purchases must be made through a participating 4 Wheel Parts point of sale location, including any 4 Wheel Parts retail store, any participating trade show, and/or through 4 Wheel Parts online or the 4 Wheel Parts call center / mail order division.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the sweepstakes without purchasing any product from 4 Wheel Parts (“4WP”), hand print on a plain piece of 3 x 5 paper, your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. All entries must have a phone number or contact phone. Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. Mail your entry in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: 4 Wheel Parts c/o 4 Wheel Parts-BF Goodrich chance to win $100k Giveaway, 400 West Artesia Blvd., Compton, CA 90220. All no purchase entries must be received by midnight on January 30, 2019. Limit one entry per envelope sent. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. Illegible / incomplete entries are void. 4WP is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the drawing (to be held on February 23, 2019). If an entry form is drawn but judges are unable to determine the winner because of illegible writing, or if the entry form is incomplete, that entry form will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of 4WP and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or older and is a legal U.S. citizen. Officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of 4WP and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and persons residing in their households are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Nine (9) finalists (collectively, the “Initial Finalists”) will be randomly selected on the dates and in the manner described herein to attend the 4WP Truck Fest event in San Mateo, CA on February 23, 2019 (“San Mateo Truck Fest Event”). To select the Initial Finalists, 4WP will hold nine (9) separate drawings (“Drawings”) one Drawing on each of the following dates with one (1) Initial Finalist being selected per Drawing: December 3, 2018; December 10, 2018; December 17, 2018; January 2, 2019; January 7, 2019; January 14, 2019; January 21, 2019; January 29, 2019; and February 4, 2019. The Drawings will occur at 4WP’s corporate headquarters located at 400 W. Artesia Blvd., Compton, CA 90220 and each Initial Finalist will be selected via a random drawing generator.
Each Initial Finalist will win an expense paid (economy airfare for two, transportation and one night’s hotel accommodations) trip to San Mateo CA to attend the grand prize drawing at the San Mateo Truck Fest Event (“Grand Prize Drawing”). A tenth (10th) finalist (“Tenth Finalist”) will be selected at the San Mateo Truck Fest Event on February 23, 2018 from the participants who physically attend the San Mateo Truck Fest Event (the Initial Finalist and Tenth Finalist collectively being the “Finalists”). Each of the ten (10) Finalists will then choose one (1) tire (each a “Selected Tire”) out of one hundred (100) tires located on the show floor at the San Mateo Truck Fest Event (collectively, the “Drawing Tires”). One of the Drawing Tires will contain an envelope with the Grand Prize, defined below. 4 Wheel Parts will NOT be obligated to provide any further consideration, financial or otherwise, to any of the Finalists other than the chance to win the Grand Prize (as detailed above), and for the Initial Finalists the transportation and hotel accommodations referenced above. 4WP will notify the Initial Finalists by phone via the phone number(s) provided on the entry form or by the phone number provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not answer the phone, 4WP will attempt to leave a message. If for any reason, an Initial Finalist is not present or available to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. No new Finalist will be selected.

GRAND PRIZE: One chance to win $100,000, as described above. The total value of the Grand Prize is $100,000. To take delivery of the Grand Prize, winner must present a valid driver’s license and any other information required by state law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses related to acceptance of the cash prize. No prize substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The winner’s name may be published by 4WP.

COLLECTION OF AWARD: The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law.

TAX ISSUES: 4WP will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the sweepstakes.

LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: 4WP is not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. 4WP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. 4WP reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of a prize.

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Each winner agrees to permit 4WP to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other 4WP materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

MISCELLANEOUS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and 4WP in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Furthermore, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
