Haven't used it yet. It was easy to install. I like the synthetic rope. It won't rust like a cable would. My bumper hides most of the winch. I can't use the cover it came with. I love the wireless feature.

Bought this to replace my 10 year old Sittybilt winch. Used the old one often with no issues. This one has a much bigger hook and I like the wireless option. Time will tell, the quality seems to be there just like the old one.

So far so good! Looks great and I am loving the wireless remote. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I'm sure it will be great

I received the winch and installed it on a Smittybuilt hitch receiver. I have not utilized the winch as of yet. My primary concern is that it appears that I most likely received a refurbished which from your company. It had a decal on the box denoting it had a new part installed on it and the spool appears to have marred by wire rope which had been previously installed. I bought it as a new unit with synthetic line and am concerned about chafing at the spool as a result of this marring. I’m a little disappointed that your company would sell a refurbished product as new.

I just had this winched installed and absolutely appreciate the helpfulness of the 4wheel parts team. I work while they are open so they were able to work with me and I dropped the truck off with a hide a key overnight and picked it up the next night with the winch installed in my ARB brushgaurd/bumper on my Chevy 1500. On the way home from picking up the truck it was raining and a car in front of me slide off of the road Into a ditch. After checking to make sure the driver was ok I was able to get the winch going in no time with the wireless remote feature. The winch worked beautifully pulling the Kia from the ditch and the synthetic line wound back up perfectly unlike the regular steal cable I've had in the past where you'd have to be careful with binding and kinks. The only complaint I have is with the hidden witch bumper the clutch lever is supposed to be rotated to face the top of the bumper since the winch is mounted sideways and that's something they forgot/didn't do which makes adjusting the clutch lever a bit awkward. Other then that this winch will be used many times throughout the coming months for recovery and any thing else I can think of. For the $ I think this is the best witch on the market and would very much recommend.
