Used c-clamps to put them on, one for each peg. Much easier than a hammer or mallet. Turned out perfect!

I removed the old pads that were deteriorating after 12 years in the Las Vegas sun. I left the metal locking collars of the original pads in place. ( I did not see the replacements that were in the bottom of the box of the new pads and there were no instruction or diagrams for removal or installation. 4 stars because of this.) New pads were easy to install. I did not have a rubber mallet at the time so I used a wood block and hammer to install the pads. It took about 15 minutes to do the 4 pads on my truck.
