Put these on my 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 and got a noticeable improvement in performance. The truck has a much better throttle response and engine performance especially in the low end RPM's. First off, the install is not for the novice tinkerer. Download the instructions and watch some youtube videos to get a feel for the length of time this will take and the difficulty involved. The passenger side was easy, driver side much more difficult due to additional components needing to be moved out of the way. Be prepared to relocate the oil dipstick tube, steering linkage, emergency brake cable/bracket. Also, remember it is a VERY tight space to work in with a lot of bolts, so having the right tools helps here as well as patience. I installed with the Stage 8 locking tab bolts and can attest to at least one bolt per side taking a LONG time to get in place properly with the tabs just due to the header pipes and bolt locations. This was covered in online youtube videos, and again, watch and be prepared. Everything else bolted up just the way it should to the block and factory 'Y' pipes Keep in mind, if you're dealing with the HEMI 'tick' from broken bolts, drilling out the old bolts and removing with a bolt remover is a giant pain and will add several more hours... The product itself it great, the install however is not for the faint of heart. Just know what you are getting yourself into.

Lots of increased power when off-roading, Better gas mileage and best of all the sound.

Besides being difficult to install these headers are a must! Lighter and smaller than stock. Vary noticeable improvement in throttle respons and power. I would definitely purchase again!

How many times while using custom parts do they say that they will fit right up? Well, these headers did in fact fit right up to my existing stock exhaust system. The ceramic coating has an Aluminized appearance. No leaks. Looks are fantastic. Unable to determine by"seat of the pants" evaluation if there was an actual performance increase.

Very well made headers, added great tq and even gained 2 mpg. Also added a cai a tbs and new mandrel bent 3 in exhaust plus a hot program. But from being from the old school years one can always feel a good pair of headers.

Good fit and finish and install about what was expected especially after seeing a couple of You Tube vids. Be aware that the description says includes gaskets. This is not true the instructions say to use old gaskets but I think that is a long shot if you have any miles on your Jeep. Factory gaskets are steel on one side and a fairly soft compressible material on the other a good portion was stuck on the old exhaust. Purchased 2 new factory gaskets to make sure install was leak free.

Recently installed on my 2016 Ram 1500 Crew 4wd after a second round of stud issues with the OEM header studs. The box was pretty beat up when I received it, but the headers were well protected inside and looked great. The installation was a 2 banana job (pretty easy), but it takes some creative wrenching to access some of the bolts due to the header shape. I highly recommend pulling your muffler to allow shifting/dropping the y-pipe. Then you can insert the driver’s side header from underneath without having to remove the oil dipstick tube. After a few hundred miles, everything is still looking good. No describable change in sound or performance, but happy overall.

you will need to do some modifications to the flange for the dipstick if you are running a v10other wise looks ok

A friend and I installed the jba 1830 sjt shorty headers on my 95 tahoe. Install went well other then the poor design of the chevy alternator bracket and few broken head bolts. Manifold an gaskets lined up great and install was quick after getting the old warped manifolds off. The only big problem with these headers, is that they must be removed to change the 2 back spark plugs on both sides of the head, the bends are to tight to the block and a socket can not fit. Over all there working well for me, the question is if they will last? every where i look it says the jba's are stainless, but what quality Stainless they are i couldnt find, i did a megnet test and it stuck so they have a high nickel content, but what grade are they? I'll follow up in a month or so. Thanxs 4 wheel parts for the good service and price.

Easy to install. Didnt notice much difference in the sound. Alot more throttle.

I installed the jba headers on my 07 gmc 2500hd. I have to say it gave my truck great sound, increased performance. and better MPG.
