Even though the Ford Bronco is available right from the factory with tire sizes up to 37 inches in diameter, there are many aftermarket suspension upgrades available to take your Bronco to the next level. No matter if you want to improve suspension performance off-road or simply lift your Bronco to fit bigger tires, we got you covered. Read on to find out which aftermarket Ford Bronco suspension upgrades are right for you.
ARB Old Man Emu Bronco Suspension Lift
The ARB Old Man Emu Ford Bronco 2-inch lift kit is designed to enhance ride quality, ride control, load-carrying capacity, and ride height. A big benefit is that Old Man Emu Bronco suspension systems are available with different load capacities. You can match your suspension to the rest of your build regardless of if you plan to add aftermarket bumpers, a recovery winch or overlanding gear. The lifts provide 2 inches of lift on most Bronco models. The Sasquatch trim level will get about 3/4-inch lift. Moderate to heavily loaded Broncos should be fitted with the optional Old Man Emu sway bar.
Fabtech Bronco Suspension Leveling Kit
Fabtech’s ’21 to current Ford Bronco 1.5-inch suspension leveling kit features CNC machined billet aluminum front spacers that work in conjunction with the factory coilover shock assemblies. The spacers are designed to simply bolt in without the need to disassemble the factory coilover shocks for an easy installation. This method retains the Bronco’s compliant smooth ride with additional front lift to help level and provide clearance for oversized tires. The Fabtech spacers are designed so that they don’t create ball joint or tie rod bind when the suspension is cycling throughout the entire range of travel. Fabtech leveling Spacers fit two- and four-door Broncos and make room for up to 35-inch tires on wheels with 5.75 inches of backspacing. Minor fender trimming required.
Rough Country Ford Bronco 1-Inch Suspension Leveling Kit
Need to level out the stance of your Ford Bronco and make room for bigger tires? Rough Country has you covered with a 1-inch suspension leveling kit. The 1-inch lift levels the front with the rear of the vehicle and will fit ’21 to current Ford Broncos, including the Badlands and Sasquatch models. It’s an easy bolt-on modification that maintains the factory ride quality, increases ground clearance off-road and allows for fitment of larger than stock tires and wheels. Each kit features upper and lower steel strut spacers. They are laser-cut for a precise fit and powder-coated black to resist the elements.
Fabtech Uniball Upper Control Arm Lift Kit
The Fabtech uniball upper control arm 4-inch lift kit for the ’21 to current Bronco offers increased front suspension travel and clearance to run up to 35-inch tires. Fabtech’s upper control arms are made from .120-wall 1.25-inch 4130 chromoly steel tubing. The 1-inch FK stainless PTFE-lined uniballs eliminate the ball joints and allow for increased travel without binding. Massive Dirt Logic 2.5-inch coilover shocks are utilized on each corner to control high- and low-speed suspension movement. The rear suspension receives adjustable lower control arms with 5-ton joints. The Fabtech uniball upper control arm kit only fits four-door Bronco models.
