2016- current Tacoma owners

I have a 2019 Tacoma and welded these sliders on. They work just fine. I’ve bashed them into rocks and used high lifts off them. No issues. ill throw some pics up, although i have a long bed and they don’t go the full length as these are designed for short bed Tacoma’s I’m going to weld a kick off on the end. If you have any questions DM me @ foxy_yota on Instagram.

Rock sliders

Great item they came quick too. I didn’t bolt them on. I welded them to my frame and they work and look great.

Nice sliders for the price!!!

I bought these to help protect the rocker panels, I do not use this truck for rock crawling or anything so I didn't need a $1000+ set of sliders, just wanted something that could take a hit if something goes sideways while off road. This truck is mainly my travel truck and overlanding vehicle. That being said these are pretty hefty sliders and I am impressed for the price point. I bought them when they were under $400 shipped and got them powder coated for $240 in El Paso. I just bolted these on and they are quite sturdy, I can lift the truck with a hi lift jack on these and they barely flex. It was hard to tell if they would fit on an Access Cab and even the manufacture wasn't sure but I can say they do fit on my 2014 Tacoma. I have attached pics to help answer the questions I had on them so I hope they help others.

Rock slidders

They come un painted . I rattle can painted black with engine paint ( had it in my shop at the time) and they look great! And easy to touch up after installing

tacoma rock slider

Fits perfect.got welded on. Would be nice if bolts was included with purchase for people who wants to do bolt on. One thing is that too much labeling was on the product. Was a pain to remove for paint. Overall it was good .

Trail Gear Rock Sliders for a 90 4runner

Fit great and looks good too. Couldn't beat the price. I might not ever need them, but, if I do, I will be glad they are there.

Worth the money

Easy to install but you must measure out the spacing between the bars yourself. They are not marked for best location.

Good set of sliders.

the sliders look and feel like there well built. Nice looking welds. Shipping on the other hand was not so great. the sliders went on back order a couple of extra weeks, but i did get a email asking if i wanted to cancel or wait until they shipped. no problem there, but when they showed up, they were not in boxes, and did not come with mounting hardware. If i was going to weld these to the frame it wouldn't have been an issue and since they came not in a box or anything. they are scratched up and will require be repainted. not so happy about that.
