This is a very well make winch that I have used many times for on-loading and off-loading lawn tractors and motorcycles from my utility trailer. I have it mounted on the forward railing and power it by hooking the alligator clamps of a 12 volt Battery Booster to the power leads of the winch. It performs great and is an excellent product. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a winch of this size.

I use it on my yamaha 660 grizzly with a 54 inch snowplow i love it has quick line speed and is quiet campared to my last winch.

I replaced the steel with synthetic now it's even better than I thought I could get from an ATV winch. Easy install, works great, wouldn't need anything more or less.

I am using the XRC 3.0 winch on my 2001 Polaris trail boss. I use it when those little holes turn out much bigger lol. It was easy to mount up, looks good, has an external remote and a handle bar rocker switch. There is not one thing that i dislike about it.

I use this winch on my king quad atv. great for pulling it out. fastest line speed in its class. It's a great product for the price. I was able to pick it up on sale and paid less than a third of what the warn cost and have been every bit as pleased with it.

I'm using these two winches for axle control. They winch in the front or rear axles during asending or climbing hills, rocks, or other obsticles. They are inexpensive for their quality and have multiple controls that ease the use and comfort of runing both simultanously. I would recomend them to anyone and all my friends are jealous.

This product is great,I would go as far as to say it meets or exceeds WARN winches specs and is [$] less, I recently purchased a new four wheeler and seen this inexpensive winch and purchased it ,I have used it several times and it hasn't failed me yet.As of now there is no complaints on this winch and I have put it to the test of pulling logs,the four wheeler, etc.

This is a great winch for the money. You can't find a 3K winch for this little. I installed it on my midsize ATV and tested it several times. I had the ATV stuck axle deep in that soft soupy mush and the winch never gave me an issue. I was a little concerned when I ordered the winch because it has a bigger motor and less gearing than most of the same size. It pulled the ATV out with ease. Line speed is very good. Nothing to worry about. Several times the winch was completely submerged in water, a couple time completely submerged in mud. It never gave an problems and cleaned up easily. I tested both the handlebar mount switch and the remote, again with no issues. I'm very pleased with this winch.

The SmittyBilt XRC3.0 3000LB winch was an excellent pick. Having a pair of ATV's and mudding weekly in the mountains, the winch has been an awesome addition. From its small, but powerful engine, to the remote control option, the toggle mount switch does the job each and every time. We've pulled trees and the works with this baby. This had to be the easiest winch to mount, and it fit my CAN-AM Outlander HO 650 perfectly. The price was the best, and it blows the competition out of the water with many more added options then others its size. Thank you Smitty!! !We're soon to purchase one for my wifes ATV.

I put the winch on a 12', tandem-axel, flat-bed trailer. It was easy to install, although I did have to manufacture some installation pieces needed for my specific trailer. It pulled my 2006 Gravely commercial Z152 zero-turn, which I had to take to the dealer and have a new drive belt installed, onto the trailer with no problem. I have a 1970 Kubota L185 small tractor (1,645 lbs) and a 2005 Farm Pro 2420 tractor (2,260 lbs) that I most likely will have to take and have some work done on them. I'll find out if and how well the winch will pull them onto the trailer and will file an updated report at that time. So far, so good.
