Reviews: Smittybilt SRC Side Armor - 78634

Doesn’t fit the 5 gen. Limited 4Runner even though your website says it does. You have to remove or cut out the side rocker panels. Once I replaced my panels with the TE trim from Shrockworks, I put the smitty built step/rockers on. It looks great!

Very easy to install. Installed both sides in less than 45 minutes.

Found these for my 2021 Toyota 4Runner Venture Edition and they are perfect. Bolted directly to factory set holes. They are close enough to the truck but enough space to step up. 4wheelparts staff was excellent with putting heavy package into the vehicle for me.

Bolts on to running board mounts on body of my 2021 Venture 4Runner. One hole will not be used on each side. Installation took about 30 minutes. Well built. Sturdy. And looks great.

I came across these a few days ago and was shocked that Smittybilt is finally stepping into the 4Runners. I had previously owned a Jeep Wrangler and I was familiar with Smittybilt. They produce some quality products at a price that doesn't impact the wallet. These Sliders have some hefty size and weight to them and bolts on directly to the factory threads without issue. Ready to test out on the trail.. Install time 15m-20min each side

These are a nice set of rock sliders. A direct fit and bolt up to the 2020 Fourrunner off road premium. They set low enough to help catch rocks that might hit your fule tank that sets low. But that’s also a down side. There up close to the side of the truck so to use them for a step is almost redundant. They set up close to the door step and atthe same time just far enough out that getting in and out is some what cumbersome. They look great and HEAVY! Very sturdy for sure. Smaller folks may like them and use them for a step. Bigger folks might find them hard to deal with. All in all I do like them and think there great for off road.
