Reviews: Skyjacker Black Max Shocks

Easy install on my Jeep TJ. All the parts were accounted for and they install was super easy. I did replace the bar pins with an eliminator kit that made it even easier.

Ride great and easy install. Much higher quality than the surakarta parts that the previous owner installed.

They really made driving my truck more enjoyable and they made my steering more responsive. Over all the Skyjacker Black Max shocks made my truck drive extremely well and do exactly what they say, and they were a direct and hastle free install.

excellent product, great service it was easy to order and arrived quickly. installed on my dad's jeep in 30 minutes and it rides great, no more clunking noise from the old shocks having play around the bushings bolt hole.

I Never used the Shocks, my 5 stars are for the service I got when I discovered the shocks would not fit my truck, and how SKYJACKER and 4WheelParts handled the deal. When I went to 4WheelParts to return the shocks I couldn't find one of the boxes. 4WheelParts can't take a return without a box. I got in touch with SKYJACKER. SKYJACKER sent out a box. Unfortunately the box got crushed in transit. After notifying them about two weeks later that I hadn't received the box, they sent another. When I went back to 4WheelParts it was past 30days since I ordered the shocks. I was told there would be a 15% or 17% restocking fee. I was disappointed. I was waiting for the box. After a bit of explaining the guy at 4WheelParts put a line on my return receipt "Customer was waiting on box from manufacturer" I made my return for full price.

I like the product it feels bout like the reviews said the only thing is that I was supposed to get a call from yalls store when I purchased the product. I had thought I got front and back shocks only too figure out that I ordered 4 front shocks...

Some confusion somewhere in the process. I ordered online. Received a call shortly after ordering, that product wasn't in stocks, so I canceled order over the phone, then next I receive shipping notice that its on its way. It came, and so far happy with them. Just some confusion on the front end...
