Reviews: Retrax RetraxONE MX Retractable Tonneau Covers

Great product. Built very well and the fit was excellent. The integrated rails for racks was a game changer for me. I installed it solo but I recommended having an extra hand. It will make the install a lot easier.

I live this cover, we didn’t put in the drain tubes and it still stays dry inside after rain or snow.

Cover looks great and the install looks good. The online "Free install," is very deceiving. The website says includes free installation on select Retrax tonneau covers, when you purchase there is a green checkmark that states double your warrantee and free install. I called the 800 number to be sure, I was told yes it is included, then spoke to the store and they confirmed free install. After the install the very nice sales person said it was not included, the staff at the store was great and eventually took care of it after confiring with 3 managers. The folks at the store were also annoyed that the website was deceiving customers. So, the store staff was great but beware of the online games.

Nice product. Very easy to use. Mostly water tight. Only issue so far, looks like the poly has warped a bit in the very hot SC sun. Does not effect it’s function...yet. Hopefully it will not.
