I use the blocks to lower a 1995 s10 blazer and what i love about these blocks is that they are cast iron and not the light weight aluminum blocks found everywhere else. and fit right into place

Many Ram lift kits leave the rear end slightly lower than the front end. I have the Rancho 4" Kit on my truck and the kit only came with 1 inch blocks in the rear (Doesn't look attractive). To level my truck I added these 3.5" blocks and now the truck sits level and gives it a much more aggressive/lifted appearance. The photos below are before and after. I wasn't able to find any taken from the same point of view but you can follow the lower body line and see the difference.
