Beautiful alternator. Works great. Had to re-clock it, and broke it in the process (my fault.) Customer service was great, sent it to them and they fixed it and clocked it for me for very little more than the cost of shipping.

Seems to be quality. Hooked right up in 81 scrambler. Constant 14.5 volts. My winch is happy.

If you are looking for more power, this is it! Easy install, quiet running and did I mention the power? LOL. Highly recomend this to anyone that needs more power for anything from winching rigs to daily drivers.

Needed more power.For dual batteries and works great.

The stock alternator brackets on a Jeep 4.0 have to be ground substantially for this alternator to fit, as well as the nearby bosses on the timing cover otherwise will NOT fit. That's the only reason it lost a star with me, otherwise it's a powerhouse & charges an XS Power 14 volt gel mat battery sufficiently.

Works great even at Low RPM driving. I operate a 16.5TI winch on most outings, keeps up with demand, even at idle. Charges my RV batteries and truck batteries easily and in short time, so it does good with charging multiple batteries systems.

Installation in my 1997 Jeep Wrangler went well until I had to change out the pulley. Had to use air impactwrench. Other than that it's working fantastic and truck is idling smoother with improved gas mileage. Costs more than the stock replacement, but still less expensive than the competition. Would highly recommend!
