Reviews: Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers with Sliders (Bare Steel) - 14-08-060

Product is good! But not happy with 4WPs as the box it was sent in was completely ripped apart with the product hanging out at places. Went to the store to return it and at first the sales guy thought it was the shipping company. No it wasn’t as the product itself was bent and held together with two strips of tape. Guessing it was a return and 4WP warehouse just sent it my way thinking it was okay. Make matters worse the sales person couldn’t locate my order via the order number provided when I went to exchange them. He and the store manager are stumped. So now I have no product and a charge on my cards and unsure the status on when I will get it replaced. Store said poison spyder has stock and should be delivered within a week. But we will see. I have poison spyder stuff before and they are great, bought before they were taken over by 4WP. So I’m just not happy with 4WP. First time buying from there… we will see if I buy again from them.

Great product!!! But no hardware. Took another week to get the hardware.

Easy to install. Took me approx 2hrs to install. A youtube video on the product would be nice. Welds look great. Use them as a slider and step. Spyder cutout really stands out in a good way! I had to have them powder coated and wish it came with a factory coating option. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating.
