Reviews: Mickey Thompson Classic III Satin Black Wheels

The Classic III is almost the same wheel as the Classic II, but there are some slight differences. First, the load rating is higher for the Classic III. The most major difference is in the size of the 8 holes in the wheel that give it the classic look. The holes in the Classic III are bigger. I think that the Classic III wheels look better.

Bought these rims to pair with BFG KO2’s and love the way they look on my 2nd gen Tacoma, super happy with the purchase. One caveat, put threadlocker on the cap bolts.

Solid wheel, I bought these for my 1992 ford ranger and they look great. They can take abuse, but the paint can get scratched off when taking on/off lug nuts if not careful.

The Classic 3's are a great all around wheel for JK's that keep a wide tire away from rubbing. have these on my 4 door jeep with 295/70/r17(33.5X12r17) toyo mt's and they look great with almost no rubbing. Only real downsides are that they are an expensive wheel and the center caps aren't the best looking so I just run them without.
