I’ll start by saying that I love this starter, works great so far on my 2017 Silverado 1500 custom. Took some time to disassemble the truck and find all the wires and plugs but it wasn’t very hard. The wiring diagram makes sense but could be a little more in depth because the wiring harnesses they provide come with about 20 unexplained wires and someone who isn’t privy to wiring may be a little intimidated. Now the programming part was the most difficult because I had to repeat the process 15-20 times but finally all the lights flashed in their correct order and the computer program finally accepted it. All in all I would recommend this to anyone because it works great, it’s just takes some patience to get it all together. I solder sealed all my connections so they would be snug and water tight but the only thing I think this kit could use is a mounting bracket for the starter module because zip ties are not a solution to mounting hardware. Hope this review helps people wondering if this is the real deal because I was skeptical myself.

Fairly easy install on a 2012 JKU. Spent most of the time trying to get the OEM plug to come out of the immobilizer module. After that, very easy to install and setup. You will need a longer torx bit (I used a 3”) to get to two of the screws under the steering column shroud. I followed the setup instructions and it worked on the first try. It has been really nice using it in the Arizona Summer heat. I should’ve done this years ago.

Instructions could be better but if you have some mechanical expertise it is a fairly easy install. About an hour and I had it working perfect! Range on this thing is awesome!

Got it because coming out of a warm house to a cold car in the winter sucks. The installation was a bit iffy and it doesn’t always activate (maybe like 1 malfunction out of every 5 or so tries (could be materials blocking the signal)) but this thing has changed my life overall. No more running late AND having to wait for the car to warm up. Would definitely recommend.

Great Remote starter kit for 2019-2020 wranglers equipped with factory keyless entry. Prompt delivery by 4wheel Parts, Easy plug and play installation. Be careful when you ready to flash and decrypt (PC computer only ) 8 flash attempts and 4 decrypt . I had a spotty WiFi connection inside garage and somehow I flashed / decrypt to many times and reached the max limit for my wrangler . It was a weekend project had to wait till Monday to reach out to Fortin Technical support . Monday morning came and one phone call later within hours they were able to reset my module . Highly recommend

Overall the system worked exactly as advertised and expected. Had to get onto Your Tube to figure out how to get the plastics around the steering wheel off and the directions aren't real clear that there is a locking clip on the connector. You tube showed it so it allowed me to get it off without breaking it. Those were the only two "hiccups". Total time including watching You Tube was about an hour. You Tube review is a must for easy install

Just installed the kit this evening in a snow storm... the longest part of the install was removing all of the plastic trim around the steering wheel. I would recommend reading the instructions first before doing the install... its very straight forward. Take your time removing the existing wiring from the control box at the key/ignition, this factory part feels very delicate... the rest is very simple... truly plug and play. Follow the instructions for programming the kit... it only took about a min to do. I zip-tied everything up inside so its out of the way. The only issue I had with was the valet switch was labelled wrong, so when I first tried to start the jeep it wouldn't... once I flipped the switch in the other direction it started right away. I love the fact that I can use the factory key and don't need an additional key fob to start it. I'll update my post in the future if I run into any issues.
