I bought this floor pan to patch a 1 ft sq hole under the pedals of a YJ wrangler. The new panel is slightly oversized so that it may be cut to fit or be made to overlap the existing tub for spot welding. A local mechanic had the work done in two days, complete with color matched paint. Not entirely sure on the gauge of the new panel but it appears to be at least the same thickness if not more than the existing jeep tube thickness.
