I've luckily only had to use it once, so far (knock on wood). And the one time I used it, it worked like a dream. Quick to setup and helps get the job done without any problems!

The perfect hitch point
Well made and very functional. A nice design that is perfect for soft shackles. I really like the powder coated finish.

Factor 55 hitch.
Good product, well made. 9500 lb wll. Breaking strength around 50,000 lb apparently. Sold me.
