This shifter an excellent upgrade for couple of reasons, one, it eliminates completely that annoying "Gear jump" when it comes disengaged at slow speed, second, now that the throw is shorter the "Daystar JK lower dash switch panel 07-10" doesn't have the problem of the shifter turning some of the switches on/off when you engage 1st, 3rd or 5th gear.

A must have for Jeeps with the 6 speed manual. It fixs the 1st and 3rd gear popout from the detint ball design in the garbage stock shift tower. An added bonus is also getting the shorter shifts.

Awsime should of been factory. So much better to drive and no more wobble
