BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2 Tires
Part Number: BFG38371
This is my second set and I love these tires. They wear well and give you great traction.
I have put 60k on these tires without issues. They still have about 1/4" of tread left but there just now starting to wear a little unevenlly. There great both on or off road. About to buy another set!!!
I was really shocked just how quiet this tire is. I have them on a 07 JKU on 4" lift. They replaced my worn out BFG AT 35x12.50/15's. Honestly I think the AT's once they wore out were louder. The only time I can tell that i'm on an MT is coming to a stop. You can feel the lugs at under 5mph. That's it. Not as good in the rain as the AT's, but definately still great.
Bought my 2009 JK used with these tires on it. White letters out from previous owner...quite lame I must admit. So I'm driving in the hopes of wearing them out in order to replace with a new set...Letters in this time. But the darn tires are still in great shape. With so many brands out there I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone out there.
Had a set of 5 put on our 2008 JK Rubicon Unlimited and was at the off road park the next day over 200 miles away. Very little noise for a mud tire. at the park we put them through everything from mud, to steep trails and rock crawling and they never let us down. Aired down to about 14lbs and the grip was outstanding. Very tough tire.
Great on road and off tire, looks aggressive too
Great looking tire, not much road noise considering the size (35" x 12.5" x 17"). They handle good on and off road. Also really dress up my Ram 3500 4x4. A little more expense compared to some other brands but well worth it, I would buy again!
These are the second set of KM2's I have had and they are great. These are going on a 2011 F350 cc long box diesel. The first set I bought when the tire was first introduced and they were on a 02' F350 cc long box diesel, the truck rarely sees life without a trailer behind it and it sees all kinds of road surfaces. Tires work well in the snow, ice and mud of Northeast Oregon and Tread wear when rotated every 3-5K miles exceeded 35K miles before I Sold the trucK!
Tires have performed well at this time. The KM2 is amuck quieter tire than the regular mud terrain. So far the tires are wearing smoothly
if you are looking for a tire that gives you everything you ask for and still has more to give then BUY these tires i have 54,000 miles on this set and there is still 8/32 left in tread they have all worn evenly i drive a lot of dirt and back forest roads all year long well worth the money and in the snow they are awesome!!! KM2 for life!!!
One of the many things I like about this product is it proforms very well on all surfaces wet are dry. Can't think of any thing negative to say about this porduct. When these wear out I'll purchase FIVE more.
I have my KM2"s on my Dodge 3500 dually with a 6" lift and have no issues with this tire.
Great tire for mud and all off road!
These tires are great! I can't say anything bad about them. I have gone through two sets and have no complaints.
These tires were a huge upgrade from my TOYO MTZ's the off road ability of the KM2 is great due to the great side wall flex and huge grip.
I am a material coordinator/inspector in the pipeline industry. I am in a trailer office 60%-70% of the time and the other 30%-40% I'm on the right of way(R.O.W.). I got stuck with my factories on and ordered these the next week. I haven't been stuck since. I have over 50,000 miles on them and can probably get another 30,000+. The thing is, I drive a pretty heavy truck: 2007 Dodge Quad Cab 4x4 w/5.9 Cummings, so I was not expecting to get that kind of mileage out of any mud tire. I have been extremely happy with these tires and always recogmend them to people looking for mud tires. The only thing that irks me is that these tires will wear funny if they are not rotated frequently. I did get my first flat last week, I ran over a fence staple (2" long), only one side made it all the way through.
Very good for Off Road use and so so for city drive.
Best tire that I have ever bought and tire sound on freeway is quite for how tough the tread is.
I use these tires on my 1976 Ford Bronco for Rock Crawling and occasional street use. They look great and are quiter than the previous BFG MT's and have the same BFG quality I trust on the trail. They also grip better than the old BFG MT's. I run BFG AT's on my tow rig as well.
I have always been big fan of BF Goodrich Tires. I have them on 4 vehicles. I really like the new KM2 Tires. I went to Moab last spring with a new set of 33" KM2's. I was really impressed with the Off-Road traction. The On-Road ride is surprisingly good as well. I just upgraded my XJ to 35's, and put the 33's on my Ranger. The feel of the Ranger was a noticeably better! I would recommend these tires to anyone looking for a versatile on and off-road tire.
