Bought for my BMW 645ci.

Threw out the run flats and bought Michelin. Tossed out the Michelins, bought the T/A G-force and now I'm happy. Bought a set for wife's 2002 T-Bird and now she's happy too. Excellent tires!

still good old tires after 10yrs!

I have a pair on my rear rims on a 09 hemi orange srt8 challenger. Im on my 3rd set now and everyone of them was very old but took a beating from me and my foot. It takes texas roads and crazy weather very well and I recomend to a friend for a little extra wide grip. Bf has good product for it to last that long and very satisfied with it performance on the street.

TA KDW

Not sure if prior review went through. Please accept my apologies if there are two. The tires went on a 1985 Camaro. I just bought Ronal knockoffs. Ronals were the wheels that came as original equipment on the Firebird Firehawk. The wheels are 17x9.5. Researched before I purchased. The main complaint with the TA KDWs seems to be noise, although there were a few other complaints. Given my setup I wasn't too worried about being unable to hear the stereo. Considered another brand before I purchased, but the dealer said the TA KDWs were a better tire. Anyway, after installation I took the car for a spin and I did not notice any noise coming from the tires. The good: Tires fill the wheel wells nicely. Nice, aggressive tread pattern that is appropriate for the vehicle. No noticeable noise. Although I have not driven in the rain, I doubt that will be a problem given the tread pattern. The bad: These are expensive tires and they are not for everybody. I probably will never have any other tire on this car, but if you drive an expensive German, Italian or Japanese vehicle, and your hearing is sensitive, you may want to consider an even more expensive alternative. Other: The dealer warned me about the tires being sticky. I have a T5, which is a weak transmission anyway. If I get on it I am likely to break the transmission. The tires were installed three days ago so I am unable to provide a lot of the other requested information. I wish Goodrich would allow customers to post photos of their vehicles.

Great tires

I have a 98 LS1 Trans Am and run staggered 18x8.5 with 245/40's and 18x10 with 275/35's. I have a big can, stall, all the bolt ons including suspension and the car handles and drives better than the Kumho's that came as a package deal. Long as I am going over 40 I can usually get traction anything less and spin away but that's to be expected. The fronts are like new aside from a nick in a side wall. Lady on a cell phone almost ran me off the road and rashed 2 no longer made Killer wheels. I am planning to replacing the rears this time with 295/35's wish I knew they had that width when I went and got this set. Probably replace on one front with a nick since I paid for the warranty. When I had no cam these grabbed hard and launched well so as long as you have less that 350hp at the wheels 275's or 295's should be good.

High speed competition

The tires are on my old 1991 Dodge Stealth and have a 95Y speed rating - in excess of 186 MPH. I purchased these tires primarily to run on the Bonneville Salt Flats but since I use the car as an ocassional daily driver, I needed a tire for both purposes. I am not disappointed. I exceeded 140 MPH at Bonneville and the tires were very smooth. Due to the 95Y speed rating, they are a little noisy and ride somewhat rougher that the pure street tires which I took off. Traction is good, wet or dry and I felt confident at the high speeds on the salt. I would not hesitate in recommending these tires but be aware, the high speed rating of this tire will result in a rougher ride and some increased noise.

Thanks for my first Autocross win!

I wish to compliment BF Goodrich for producing the best tires I have ever owned. I recently purchased a used 2006 Mustang GT and the previous owner had modified the suspension with FRPP and had replaced the stock rims and tires. He had replaced the rims with 18" Roush Chrome Rims and the tires he placed on the new rims are the amazing BF Goodrich g-Force 275/40ZR18 T/A KDW performance tires. I participated in our first Autocross during the MCA Red Rock Roundup in St, George this past April. Not only did I win in the 2005-2012 class, but also I was able to beat the times in all classes, except for one Shelby with a Kenny Bell blower and 4.10 gears. He only beat me by four-tenths of a second. My Mustang was able to beat the 5.0 Mustangs - old and new, the Roush Mustangs, the New 2012 Boss 302s and the other Shelby Mustangs. Thank you so much for making a great time even better.

Excellent handling wet and dry

I have purchased two sets of these tires for my 07 Mustang GT. I often was making monthly trips to visit family 8 hours away and often it would be raining. These tires are superb in very heavy rain. I always felt in control of the car even while driving well above the posted limits. The only thing that I noticed about these tires are that they are slightly noisy while on the highway. Considering these are a high performance tire I was very pleased to get about 35k miles out of them. I am only planning on changing tires to a different brand because of the lack of size that I am wanting to use. I need a 295/45/18 so i'll be a bit over 28 inches tall, but now the only option i have is a 295/35/18 which is just over 26 inches tall and still shorter than even the stock height tires. I absolutely recommend these for anyone wanting a great performing tire in wet or dry conditions.

these are the only tires!

From around town to full launch, these are the only tires I will run. In rain they are excellant, no hydroplaning. Just confidence. Only 1 thing. I have friend who collects Corvettes and he just bought a 2003 ZO6 and you don't make the size to fit his car. There are alot of Corvettes out there.

I'm a convert

Former diehard GoodYear fan, my 2007 Mustang GT came with BFG KDWS tires. I tried to get the dealer to switch to GoodYear tires, I'm glad he didn't. 4 years and 70,000 miles later I need to replace the original tires...with another set of BFG KDWS'

Great Tire for a Great Price

These are tires are currently on my Dodge Viper in a 335/30R18 shoe size. The tires are excellent for the price and have held up reasonably well in a heavily modified Hennessey version car that generally only gets 5 to 6000 miles out of a set of tires. They typically get replaced every year. They are not as grippy as say the Rival BFG sells or other competition "pro" brands when I run some local SCCA events but for the price... and with no more miles than I get out of a set...well, they are really a great price point for a car like this. Oh...and yes a little noisy...but if your in a true performance car and your worried about a little extra tire noise then you just chose the wrong car. So yes, you can find a better tire but for the price you can't find a better tire. I will order another set ...as soon as they are back in stock...and that kind of stinks having to wait for 2 more weeks until back in the warehouse...but yes, I am buying these again.

Am going to buy again!

This will be my second set of four tires for my '07 Pontiac Solstice GXP. The car's been modified slightly, and now puts out 303 RWHP (Dyno). These tires look mean and wicked just sitting there. I've had great tread wear (at 1-3 PSI over factory specs). These tires are noisy, but you get used to them. To me, the noise is a small price to pay for the good looks and unbelieveable handling. I've gone to "plus 1" sizing, (245/40 - 19) and they fit perfectly. Thanks, BFG!

KDW review

I just got a set of KDW's. I have a highly modified 71 Z/28 with coil overs, hotchkis parts, completely new everything..4 large willwood discs..serious car.. i just did a cloverleaf test and they stuck like glue, the warmer they got, the stickier.. I had total confidence and throttle control. They will only get better as they wear..sweet.. Noise and gas mileage ??? No idea. My car is too loud, and when I drive it, it is mostly WOT
