These are too easy to install...I am not a mechanic...as a matter of fact...I am a medic in the Army...if I can do this, anyone can...took about 4 hrs..save yourself some money and do it yourself. Awesome product, clear instructions, works fantastic, looks great.

Put these on my lifted 05' F350 and what a difference! They extend down much farther than your normal step-bar/tube do. If you are lifted much more than 6" with aftermarket tires/rims I would prolly recommend the getting bracket extensions but they aren't necessary. You can always add them later easily if desired. One concern I had with them living where it snows if they would get iced up and jam. So far haven't had issues with them extending downward but it isn't a bad idea to knock out the built up snow/ice with your foot when you open the door to insure they retract all the way when you close it. They are a little pricey for the average buyer, but you will get comments on them all the time!
