Bumper arrived in great shape overall. It had a small area that needed touchup on the right side. It took a hard bump on that end. Just a minor touchup. The strong padding they used help prevent worse damage.
Overall I really like this bumper. Installed it on my 1997 TJ. I did not have to drill any holes, the inner holes were there from the factory. However I have not installed those yet, gas tank definitely needs to come down to reach them. I may configure a 2nd bracket on each side of the bumper to the frame for additional support until I can drop the tank. I won’t be pulling much weight anyhow in this little 2.5 5spd. Bumper seems plenty strong. We’ll see how it does through the winter. If I can add photos later I’ll do that, it’s at the garage currently. ORW was great to deal with. Bumper was back ordered and they kept me informed…until it was restocked and shipped directly from Smittybilt. ORW was Very easy to reach with questions also. Kudos to you for the great service!
