Rough Country Tri-Fold Flip up Bed Tonneau Cover for 2024 Toyota Tacoma.

The Rough Country Tri-Fold Flip up Bed Tonneau Cover is a quality product. It was receive earlier than expected and the container it was in was undamaged. The only issue I had was that the instructions which were included were for the Tundra not for my specific vehicle. They appeared to be complex and did not reflect the actual steps required to install this product on a 2024 Tacoma. After researching this issue, I found various customer installation videos on YouTube which were very helpful and informative. Also Rough Country had their own installation videos on YouTube too. I would suggest that Rough Country just include a document with a QR code and or YouTube website that would reference a video of the installation procedure for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma. The Tonneau cover looks great on my truck with its fit and finish. Since this is a resent installation, I cannot provide any long term use update. The only quality control issue I had was that the Rough Country Logo was applied upside down on top of the cover. Not a deal breaker, but something to be noted.

Nice cover and reasonable price

Instructions were for a Tundra. Just watch a YouTube video and installation is easy.. Make sure to side the tie down cleats between the last two clamps because the cover rails won't allow installation of cleats when assembled. Cover is sturdy, good quality and looks good too.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.
