    I was looking for a place to mount fog lights on my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer (no easy task). This product allowed me to mount a set of PIAA 520s with no problem and it looks nice without having to have a fullsized grillguard. The hardest part of the installation was removing the factory air dam.

    4.0 Westin Safari Bar

    The Westin Safari Light bar is an attractive looking bar that certainly makes the front end of a small truck look good. It is relatively steady while driving so that the lights mounted on it do not have much noticeable sway while driving down rough/dirt roads. However, it is only good as a light bar and cannot take much weight or impact force and is not a suitable replacement for a grille guard. I have actually had to replace it because the supporting brackets break easily if you bump into anything. A good light bar, but not a protection device.
