I like using the 80’ length rope myself #88468. Either one will work, they are both 3/8” diameter and is rated for that winch.

A: Gman, the Warn ZEON 10 Recovery Winch is available with both steel cable and synthetic line. The biggest gain with going from steel to rope is the weight savings and the safety aspect. Synthetic rope is much safer than cable because it will not whip around when it breaks like cable does. Also, rope is usually 10%-15% lighter than compared to the same line in the cable. A: Frank, I am not sure how much room you have in that bumper for the ZEON 10 Recovery Winch. The measurement on the winch are 24.25" L x 7.15" D x 10.52" H. The mounting bolt patter is 10.0" x 4.5" which is pretty standard. I hope this helps.
