The all-new WARN VR Series includes the VR8000, VR10000, and VR12000 with 8,000, 10,000, and 12,000 lb. capacities, respectively. All of these units feature series-wound motors for plenty of power; brakes that hold the full-rated load for great control while winching; three-stage planetary geartrains for speed, durability, and reliability; corded remote controls; and 94-feet of durable wire rope. All of these winches are backed by the WARN limited lifetime warranty, too.
Super happy with this purchase, used it on a friends rig first trip out, awesome recovery tool, loved wireless remote!!
Winch came with wire cable and a Hawse fairlead. strange combo as the cable has destroyed the paint on the fairlead in only one weekend of minor use. Not sure the reason for the combination but they told me that was right. Also the pin setup inside the remote plug is lacking. they are very thin pins and if you arent very careful they will bend, leaving your winch worthless unless you catch the problem. Neither are 4WP problems though, they were great and had a competitive price.

Works great every time I need it. Added the wireless remote control to it for easier use. Great product for price.
In 1948, Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries to construct locking hubs for surplus World War II Jeeps. Ten years later, the Warn winch was manufactured to fill the need for a reliable recovery tool to aid off-roaders stuck in challenging situations. Since then, Warn has grown to offer a wide range of gear with the hallmarks of durability and affordability. 1988 spawned the aftermarket industry's first ATV winch and today their PowerSports line of winches ranks among the most esteemed in the industry and jeepers call on Warn for electric, hydraulic and severe duty components that get the job done.
