A: Hello Joe The WAR11690 is held in by a snap ring and will replace the whole factory hub. The Warn hub is manual and not automatic. Warn also offers a Premium Manual Locking Hub Kit part # WAR38826 which has all metal parts and is just slightly more money. Both Warn Locking Hub Kits come as a pair of hubs. A: Hi Ford The hubs could be the problem but it also depends on the vehicle and the type of hubs the vehicle has on them. some of the early Fords used Spicer hubs which are temperamental or it could be a damaged axle shaft or even dirt or rust in the hub assembly. Thank You

A: Parts- Thanks for the inquiry. If your 1999 Ford F-350 is not a dually then this is the correct Warn Standard manual Hub Kit. If you have a dually you will have to use the Mile Marker Manual Hub kit due to the dually adapter hub having a smaller hole for the manual hub. A: The Warn 11690 locking hubs will fit you 2000 Ford Super Duty BUT the dully adapter may need to be clearances on the inside for the hubs to fit properly. The dully spacer from ford is a ruff casting and sometimes covers part of the lip of the wheel bearing hub that the Warn hubs use to seal prevention the locking hubs from fitting. this casting can be ground for clearance but i usually sent them to a machine shop and have them machined on a lathe.
