Ok, works fine, but climbing steep hills notice about 10 degrees of extra heat, removed on hill and cooled back down. Sowill use all the time except on climbing hills and will watch in desert.

It is a winch cover, it doesnt fit perfect, but i think that is just because of how i placed my motor, but overall it is good and will protect my winch from the snow and ice that are soon to come!

Wonderful grill cover!
Works great to cover the winch and protecth the winch rope but I can't use it going down the road as it blocks the radiatore and causes overheating.
I use it when the Jeep is parked.

My winch sits in an ARB bumper so the small strech cords included to hold the cover over the winch will not work. But thanks to a snug fit they are not needed. Even at highway speeds the cover has not worked it's way loose from the winch.
WILL THIS COVER WORK ON A VR 8000. IT SAYS IT WILL ON WARN WEBSITE. THE PICTURE DOESN'T LOOK QUITE RIGHT.

In 1948, Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries to construct locking hubs for surplus World War II Jeeps. Ten years later, the Warn winch was manufactured to fill the need for a reliable recovery tool to aid off-roaders stuck in challenging situations. Since then, Warn has grown to offer a wide range of gear with the hallmarks of durability and affordability. 1988 spawned the aftermarket industry's first ATV winch and today their PowerSports line of winches ranks among the most esteemed in the industry and jeepers call on Warn for electric, hydraulic and severe duty components that get the job done.
